Charlotte, I so enjoyed this hopeful and lovely explanation of Nisan 17. I had no idea all those miraculous events took place on the same day, that is incredible. Thank you for stringing it all together so beautifully and lovingly.

Oh @Jenn 🙏💜🤗🕊️✨I truly appreciate your reading this one—it excites me to see that it resonates with you and draws you closer to your own divine power. Honestly, there’s so much more historical significance to Nisan 17 than just the few events I mentioned. I wanted to highlight the connections between them, but when you delve into each story, those connections deepen far beyond simply sharing a common date. For instance, I didn’t touch on how Hezekiah cleansed the temple on Nisan 17, a remarkable event that took place 800 years after entering the promised land.

Interestingly, the first mention of the 17th day of a Hebrew calendar month in the Bible appears in the same chapter that references the number 40. This links directly to the 40 days and nights of rain during Noah's Flood, as well as Jesus being tempted by Satan for 40 days—where He was offered all the kingdoms of the earth if He would turn away from His divine power and follow Satan instead. The number 40 weaves a compelling thread through these narratives.

Thank you so much once again. Bless you! ✨

It deeply resonated with me, it feels important to know how it all links together. I am fascinated at the repetition of the number 40 as well. I had no idea at all how woven together the Bible stories are. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, and God bless you, too! ✨❤️

Did you know that the word "forty" actually appears up 158 times across 145 verses in the King James Bible? That's pretty interesting! Out of those, 134 are in the Old Testament and 24 are in the New Testament. The number 40 tends to symbolize a time of testing or trial—kind of like a period of probation. Jesus fasted 40 days and nights Jesus was tempted 40 days and Jesus remained on earth 40 days after the resurrection.

It can also represent a generation of people. A great example of this is Moses; his life can be divided into three segments of 40 years each, showing that same theme of trial and testing. Isn't it fascinating how much meaning can be packed into a single number?

That is very interesting! I did not know that. Perhaps I just didn’t pay attention, but I don’t remember any of these things being pointed out in any church I attended. I am very fascinated by these recurring patterns and their possible meanings, thank you for sharing this; it puts the magic and wonder back into these old stories.

Charlotte! I absolutely loved reading this and how you tie your heart for magic in like the miracles of the Bible. I, too, was not aware of Nisan 17 and all the events that happened on that Jewish calendar day! And, like Jenn, have been fascinated with the number 40 and its reoccurring theme, also I LOVE the story of Esther! courage in the face of adversity, faith in God's plan, the power of prayer, (fasting, which I am bad at) the need for obedience, leadership, and the potential for God to use anyone for His purpose. I fall so short but her story is always a reminder to consistently stand up for God's children.

This also reminded me of the themes of "the East." The sun rises in the East, Jesus's return (coming from the east), how Christian churches are built, with entrances facing west so that worshippers face East during services, East wind as divine power and how ancient Eastern culture is shared in the Bible. Thank you for reminding me of the signs He has perfectly woven into the miracle of our existence and what it means to our relationship with Him. Always drawing us back.

True magic ✨🙏🏻🙌🏻

Love you Charlotte! Happy Nisan 17 to you & Randy. ox

Excellent essay wherein you shined a light on when all these miracles took place. Thanks for also blending both OT with NT to create a full picture of God's miraculous events. Now I can't wait to see what miracles are going to happen on the next Nisan. If we use our imagicnations wisely, perhaps we can create something truly amazing in this world. For, as I say in my poem, ImagiNation is the only Nation I live, move and breathe in (btw we all do, except some of us don't realize this divine power w/in us.)

What a magnificent tapestry of faith, history and wonder. The way you connect miracles across time: Noah’s Ark, the Red Sea, the Resurrection, feels like holding a stained-glass window of divine timing.

Thank you for reminding us that real magic is already in motion, quietly threading through the chaos with the promise of new beginnings. This wasn’t just a post: it felt like a sacred performance.
