Quite the adventure indeed. Also a fun factoid: I grew up in SF around the same time you lived there. We are about 2 years apart in age. I lived in Mission District. 😎

I honestly can’t remember where we lived. It was only for a short time till we moved to our farmette down in Templeton in San Luis Obispo County. There in the late 50s and early 60s it was a great place for kids to grow up. I’m surprised I never move back.

Whoah!!!! What an adventure! Or misadventure? I loved you keeping your wits during the whole thing and also feeding your dogs the caviar 😂. I bet they loved it. Thank you for telling this tale, it was such an enjoyable read!

Thank you Jenn, life has to have comedy! 🎭 I’m glad the night had it’s Ha! Ha! Moments like these get you through the rough! I thought I was sneaking the caviar to dogs, hoping not to get a card. And then they were later throwing it all away. 😂😂😂

That is funny, and so absurd, wild, and astounding…sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. I hope you are having a beautiful weekend!

We don’t get too many cold days in California. Even in the winter by afternoon it’s warm. But today is just one of those days it’s nice and chilly and feel so good. Drinking hot chocolate and later having a big bowl of chili.

That sounds delightful! I hope it was good. I put a little pinch of cocoa powder in my chili, I like the extra flavor it adds 😁.

Stories I can always tell my grandkids, but I don’t have grandchildren. Lol! I’m glad to share them Simone in a way to entertain people! My father was always a great storyteller, and when we were kids and teens and even adults we used to gather around him and listen to everyone of them hundreds of times. Everyone has a story to tell! Bless you and I hope you enjoy an amazing weekend! ❤️✨❤️

Wow. I would agree with your intuition about drinking vodka and staying at the mansion. The unknown intent, even if there wasn't one, had to be unsettling.

When you read David Junk’s account of Andrei Kozlenok, you find he was just most likely a fall guy in a much broader international ring of criminals. They couldn’t have pulled it of without the aid some powerful Americans. Hillary Clinton ? A Gore?

"Many Americans, including Hilary Clinton, Al Gore, and the mayor of San Francisco were unwittingly roped into this scheme".....'unwittingly'- suuuuuuure they were. LOL!!

Charlotte, you made me laugh more than once. Feeding the dogs caviar surreptitiously!

As Simone says, I marvel at the adventurous life you're living. And I love picturing you as a young girl, perched above San Fran, feeling all the feels, and deeply intuiting the life of magical adventure that was ahead of you, yet to come....🤍✨💎

🤣🤣🤣

My thoughts exactly! And all those San Francisco politicians! 😚😚😚 Yeah I gave my dogs all the caviar because they are watching us to see if we were eating it. And they liked it so much I took more when we are cleaning up! For the road 😂

Thank you Jacqueline! I think that rooftop with my favorite place in the whole world. I wish I had a photo. The location was from the south looking towards the north west. There wasn’t a full view of the Golden Gate bridge. But you could see a bit of the tower and part of the bridge. It was a magical spot. Especially when the fog rolled in. Every day about 4 o’clock just like clockwork. I miss that rolled in like the ocean tide. ❤️
